About us

We are a consulting and IT service company specialised in asset management, supporting mid-level and senior-level decision makers in the control and management of complex infrastructure asset portfolios.

Our clients include some of the largest railway infrastructure operators in central Europe.

We develop together with our customers:

  • Benchmarking of service quantities and unit costs in maintaining the substance of infrastructure and facilities in Europe
  • Asset management and innovation strategies for specific business cases
  • RAMS (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) concepts for transport networks
  • New service concepts and evaluation of the economic impact
  • Program management for complex projects such as concession applications or technology projects

To prepare our clients for the challenges of data-based asset management for transport network infrastructure, since 2011 we have developed a digital asset management framework “Mobility Infrastructure Asset Management 4.0 – Digital Twin of Infrastructure”.
